Important FAQs (please read prior to booking)

No alcohol can be brought into the venue. However, GoClimb has a liquor license and can cater to your liquor requirements for your event. Liquor Licence hours: Thursday and Friday 5 pm -10 pm | Saturday 12noon- 10 pm | Sunday 12noon -8pm
Yes, However GoClimb kitchen access is not permitted. Please talk to our friendly staff to discuss in house catering options. Snack and Display food items can also be made available upon request eg. Ice Cream, Toasties, Banana Bread, Frog in a Pond etc. This can discussed prior to your event with our team
Bringing your own drinks is allowed, excluding alcoholic beverages. However, coffees, drinks and alcohol can still be purchased at our café if you would like. Please speak to our friendly staff about organising a tab on the evening. GoClimb will provide unlimited water jugs +200 cups
Yes, all guests are required to have completed our waiver.
Yes, a 25% non-refundable booking deposit payment is required to secure your booking.
Drink & coffee tabs can be organised for your event using a pre-set limit. Our staff will ask if you would like to set up a tab on the evening.
The Leap of Faith and Giant Slide is not included in the hire price. If you'd like to include access to these an additonal staff can be organised for $200 per activity.
Our maximum capacity for a full venue is 120 people.
Our climbing area runs on a capacity basis to allow for all guests to have maximum fun while keeping safety as a priority. Due to this we’ll logistically curate a running schedule for your event based on final numbers. One of our staff members will be in contact to discuss your options the week of your event.
All decorations must be collected by the scheduled end time of your event. GoClimb is unable to store any decorations prior or following your event. Decorations NOT PERMITTED: Confetti, Pinatas, Silly String, Glitter, Sparklers or fireworks, Decorations that stick onto the walls (including using blutack or command stips). PERMITTED decorations and entertainment: Backdrops and balloon garlands, Balloons on weights, Cake stands, Table cloths, Themed plates and cups, Photo booths, Characters, Face Painters, Reptile Encounters, Magician... AND MORE! Please discuss your plans with our friendly staff the week of your event.

You are welcome to store a cake in the fridge/freezer however guests and hosts are not allowed to enter our cafe area, our staff will retrieve any items for you. If you choose to bring your own drinks and/or ice please bring adequate storage for example an esky or plastic container.
You’ll have access to the general seating area, climbing walls, minigolf and both play zones!
The only area where we require your child to be supervised is the climbing floor, all children under 13 require an actively supervising adult for the entirety of the climbing time. (3:1)
We will provide your guests with unlimited jugs of water including 200 cups (all others cups will have to be brought by you) you will also have three of our amazing and friendly staff to assist with your event.
All Guests must exit the venue by the scheduled end time. We kindly offer an additional 15 min for the hosts to collect their belongings. *A late leave fee of $250 applies for every 15 minutes beyond the scheduled running time.
