General Tickets & Events at GoClimb
No, we do not reserve tables.
Yes. If climbing, 1x Adult Supervisor (18 years+) is required per 3 x Children (Under 13 years)- they must be actively supervising the children AT ALL TIMES in the climbing area.
We recommend pre-booking your passes to secure your spots, however please note there are no refunds or credits for children who do not attend/use their tickets as per our Terms and Conditions.
The ‘event’ must not create any changes to table placement and/or general area seating. This may become a safety hazard as emergency exits could get blocked.
No outside food or drinks are allowed into the venue (excluding drink bottles and 1x birthday cake).
Only standard menu items can be purchased (unfortunately platters are only available for GoClimb Birthday Party bookings).
A couple of balloons on weights are allowed for the table. No other decorations are allowed.
If ordering food: We recommend pre-ordering your food at least 45min prior. While we do try our best – food may not always come out on the exact requested time.
We’d be happy to supply you with basic serving items (plates and cups), however this booking doesn’t include party hosts.
YES! To reduce check-in time, please sign the waiver online for all children prior to arrival.
